Ray Anderson is a licensed attorney whose law practice is focused on corporate banking, finance and securities and corporate and commercial transactions unique to the aviation and aerospace industries. Ray has over fifteen years of experience in corporate and government leadership positions as an executive aviation official and aviation financial consultant at some of the nation's busiest general aviation and commercial service airports.
Ray has structured and negotiated numerous complex corporate and commercial transactions, including large public institutional financings, major state and federal funded construction projects, large public-private partnership developments, brownfield redevelopment, and multi-party negotiated acquisition, use and lease agreements.
