Use Tax Exemption Bill Passes Commerce Committee
Without questions or objections, SB 220, took the important first step towards passing the Senate by a vote of 9 Yeas and 0 Nays. The next step is the Finance and Tax Committee. Committee members to contact are C hair Altman, Vice Chair, Justice, Committee members: Bennett, Storms and Ring.
Again, we are asking your help to contact the Committee members and ask for them to vote yes.
HB 173 will be heard On Thursday, March 25 at 1:00 p.m. in the Finance & Tax council. Chair Bogdanoff, Vice Chair Aubuchon, Committee Members: Dorworth, Fresen, Holder, Kelly, O'Toole, Schultz, Snyder, Tobia, Weinstein, Thurston, Abruzzo, Bernard, Fitzgerald, and Waldman.
